Capital smart city Islamabad has recently launched a new block with the name of executive block. Executive block will have two main features.
- The possession of executive block will be given in March 2020.
- The location of executive block is around Golf Course which will be a prime location in capital smart city.
Capital smart city has given a choice to General block clients to convert their plots into Executive block by paying one installment. The new prices which will be 30% more which will be announced later.
