One is the location of Capital smart city overseas block in capital smart city is very prime. When you enter from main motorway the first residential block will be an overseas block and the other advantage is that the possession of overseas block will be given in 2020.
Overseas block has two districts named as district 1 and district 2 which we can see in the layout plan in above picture.
